सामाजिक कल्याण, वृद्ध सेवा, पर्यावरण, आपदा राहत, महिला सशक्तिकरण, शिक्षा और स्वास्थ्य के क्षेत्र हेतु इंटर्नशिप की नियम व शर्तें

1. Internship Role & Duration / इंटर्नशिप की भूमिका व अवधि:

1.1 Intern will work in one or more areas of NGO’s social missions such as:

• Elder Care (वृद्ध सेवा)
• Environment & Climate Awareness (पर्यावरण जागरूकता)
• Disaster Relief (आपदा राहत)
• Women Empowerment (महिला सशक्तिकरण)
• Child Education (बाल शिक्षा)
• Health Awareness (स्वास्थ्य जागरूकता)
• Animal Welfare (पशु कल्याण – यदि इच्छुक हों)
• Social Surveys, Public Support Campaigns (सामाजिक सर्वेक्षण एवं जन अभियान)

1.2 Internship duration will be defined at the time of joining (1 month, 3 months, etc.)
1.2 इंटर्नशिप की अवधि जॉइनिंग के समय तय की जाएगी (जैसे: 1 माह, 3 माह आदि)।

1.3 Interns must commit to the assigned duration and complete all assigned tasks sincerely.
1.3 इंटर्न को निर्धारित अवधि तक अपनी जिम्मेदारियों को पूरी ईमानदारी से निभाना होगा।

2. Responsibilities of Intern / इंटर्न की जिम्मेदारियां:

2.1 Actively participate in field visits, surveys, awareness events, relief drives, and campaigns.
2.1 फील्ड विजिट, सर्वे, जागरूकता कार्यक्रमों, राहत अभियान आदि में सक्रिय भागीदारी देना।

2.2 Submit progress reports, photos, or digital content (if required) to the project coordinator.
2.2 कार्य प्रगति रिपोर्ट, फोटो या डिजिटल सामग्री (यदि आवश्यक हो) को समय पर समन्वयक को देना।

2.3 Maintain decorum, punctuality, and professional behavior during the internship.
2.3 इंटर्नशिप के दौरान शिष्टाचार, समयनिष्ठा और पेशेवर आचरण बनाए रखना।

3. Benefits to Intern / इंटर्न को मिलने वाले लाभ:

3.1 A verified Internship Certificate upon successful completion.
3.1 सफलतापूर्वक पूर्ण करने पर सत्यापित इंटर्नशिप प्रमाणपत्र दिया जाएगा।

3.2 Opportunity to receive a Letter of Recommendation based on performance.
3.2 उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन पर अनुशंसा पत्र प्राप्त करने का अवसर।

3.3 Field exposure, leadership experience, and opportunity to serve real social causes.
3.3 फील्ड अनुभव, नेतृत्व कौशल का विकास और वास्तविक सामाजिक कार्यों में भागीदारी का अवसर।

4. Code of Conduct / आचार संहिता:

4.1 Intern must not misuse NGO’s name, logo, or ID for personal benefit.
4.1 इंटर्न NGO के नाम, लोगो या पहचान का निजी लाभ के लिए उपयोग नहीं करेगा।

4.2 Intern must behave respectfully with all team members and the community.
4.2 इंटर्न को टीम के सभी सदस्यों व समुदाय के प्रति सम्मानजनक व्यवहार करना होगा।

4.3 Intern shall not share confidential data or documents without permission.
4.3 इंटर्न NGO की गोपनीय जानकारी बिना अनुमति के साझा नहीं करेगा।

5. Termination Clause / समाप्ति की शर्तें:

5.1 NGO holds the right to terminate the internship for misconduct or non-participation.
5.1 NGO किसी भी अनुचित आचरण या निष्क्रियता के मामले में इंटर्नशिप समाप्त कर सकती है।

5.2 Intern may resign with prior notice, but no certificate will be issued if internship is incomplete.
5.2 इंटर्न पूर्व सूचना देकर इंटर्नशिप छोड़ सकता है, परंतु अधूरी इंटर्नशिप पर प्रमाणपत्र नहीं दिया जाएगा।

Declaration by Intern / इंटर्न की घोषणा:

I, ______ (Name), agree to join People Peace Foundation as an Intern and will follow the above rules sincerely during my internship period.
मैं, ______ (नाम), People Peace Foundation में एक इंटर्न के रूप में शामिल हो रहा/रही हूं और इंटर्नशिप के दौरान उपरोक्त सभी नियमों का पालन करूंगा/करूंगी।
